A hypergrowth pre-IPO FinTech SaaS vendor is seeking a First Person on the Ground, for the Swiss Region in the FSI Vertical. This company is considered a market leader in the German market. This role will allow you to build the market in the Swiss Region from scratch, together with a highly experienced mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
- Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the international presales, marketing, sales team
- Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- +6 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in the SaaS space
- strong experience with the FSI vertical is a must
- strong network in the FSI vertical
- knowledge of a CRM software is a plus
- fluency in German and English language, french is a big plus
- hunter/new business development mentality
