An well-funded IoT security startup is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join their growing business. This opening offers the opportunity for tremendous personal and proifessional growth as you'll be working with a hot product in a hot market. This company has also recently received funding, which has allowed them the additional resources necessary to expand their presence in a growing market.
- 5+ years experience in a hunting sales role.
- Successful sales track record in highly regulated markets such as government, healthcare, industrial, or other similar market.
- Previous experience working in a startup is a major plus.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Understanding of Network Access Control, Intrusion Prevention Systems or similar network security technology.
- Strong understanding of the following:
- Routing, Switching (layer 2/layer3)
- Traffic Monitoring/Spanning: 802.1Q VLAN
- VPN, LAN, WAN, WLAN
- Authentication: 802.1x, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, smart card, NTLMv2
- Network/Host Security: NAC, IPS, FW, AV or similar technologies
- High level knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems
- Understanding of the current iot and threat/vulnerability landscape
