A market-leading company in the employee experience management space is seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to join its Germany team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with customers, prospects, and partners on the technical and executive side
- Work hands-on with customers and prospects, to present them the company's technologies from demo to post-sales
- Help the sales team qualify leads by using your deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues and provide business value
- Demonstrate how the solutions can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates business outcomes
- Advise the customer on the best ways to use the product
- Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as Digital Workplace & EUC IT teams, IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management
- Ensure customer's satisfaction and success
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience of one or more of the following areas:
- Workplace, End User Computing or Desktop Services
- Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience-driven functions
- Cloud, Win10, O365, and other Migration-, Release- or Change related projects
- The ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, and other quality of service-related disciplines
- Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance related disciplines
- Location can be anywhere in Germany
