A market-leading hyper-growth European HR Software vendor is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team in Sweden. What makes this company interesting is they have an incredibly wide range of offerings including talent management, compensation solutions, learning platform, etc.
As a Pre-Sales Consultant Nordics, you will an influential member of their EMEA team and be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, response, descriptions, on functional and technical questions
- Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Project Management teams
- Provide advice, descriptions, and arguments in order to create functional and technical proposals for prospects and customers
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Doing demo's and POC's
Skills and experience required:
- Strong experience as a Presales consultant in the HR Software / HCM / WFM space
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals
- Fluent in Swedish / Norwegian, and English
- Driven, ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial personality
- Customer-centric approach
- Good analytical skills to successfully match client needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
