A market-leading company, in the Big Data & Analytics / Database area, is seeking a Sr. Partner Manager EMEA to join its international team in Germany, France, UK, Sweden or the Netherlands. They provide best-in-class open-source-based database management software, 0-24 support, and many more.
As a Sr. Partner Manager EMEA, you are responsible for bringing new OEM partners on board and building their partner ecosystem further across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Design, implement, and execute business and GTM plans for each strategic OEM partner and build effective measurements that clearly show revenue milestones are being met
- Manage strategic partner relationships at Executive, Sales, and Technical levels
- Provide ongoing communication and reporting to the global management team
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in achieving well and bringing on revenue via the direct management of strategic partners
- 10+ years of experience in high-tech sales
- Fluent in English
- Track record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation
- Demonstrated lengthy tenure experience and solid results working strategically and evangelizing with large OEMs, Technology Vendors, and ISVs
- Experience in the Big Data & Analytics, Open Source, Databases, Datawarehousing areas
