Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development of best practices for operating strategies, notably in Germany, and support X Microsoft revenue growth strategy.
Manage KPI indicators such as net pipeline additions, meetings scheduled, meetings attended, phone calls, and emails sent. - Create a Microsoft organisational structure and contact database for each country.
Assist team members in understanding and carrying out their tasks on a regular basis. - Assist in the development of best practices for operating strategies, notably in Germany, and support X Microsoft revenue growth strategy.

Assist team members in understanding and carrying out their tasks on a regular basis. - Collaborate throughout the organisation to ensure X is on track to meet Microsoft revenue targets.
By working with and through Microsoft, develop more successful sales plans for X and channel partner teams, as well as uncover the correct approaches for success.
Core competencies
- At least three years of experience working with Microsoft products and services, including a thorough understanding of the company's go-to-market strategy, partner programs, and security solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience marketing cybersecurity. Product, marketing, channel, sales needs, and competitor landscapes are all well-understood.
- Proven track record of building pipeline and assisting with all stages of the sales cycle.
- In a variety of circumstances, you're a natural at networking and creating relationships.
- Ability to assist with the X Microsoft applications and procedures implementation.
- With Microsoft partners, you'll have a better understanding of a channel-first strategy.
Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to track and estimate sales pipeline and revenue growth, as well as expertise in and ability to use sales Salesforce. - Ability to produce information and communicate well with both technical and business leaders.
Solid team player with numerous stakeholders to account for.
