A market-leading hyper-growth European HR Software vendor is looking for an Inside Sales Executive DACH to join their team in Germany. What makes this company interesting is they have an incredibly wide range of offerings including talent management, compensation solutions, learning platform, etc.
As an Inside Sales Executive DACH, you will an influential member of their EMEA sales team and be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales successes through expertise, contact management, and personality
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Work in cohesion with the marketing, sales engineering, and sales teams
Skills and experience required:
- Min. 1 year of experience selling software solutions
- Experience in the HR / HCM field is a plus
- Demonstrable track record
- Fluent in English and German
- Driven, ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial personality
- Customer-centric approach
