Information Security Engineer
Salary: 160,000.00 - 180,000.00
Location: Remote
A multinational technology company is looking to expand their security team! We are looking for an Information Security Engineer with strong project management and security engineering skills.
The Information Security Engineer will be responsible for:
- Continuous awareness of the current threat landscape
- Plan and perform internal audits, vulnerability scans, and remediation efforts
- Communicating complicated security issues across teams and to upper management
- Participate in supporting major external security certification and compliance attestation initiatives
The Information Security Engineer will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of working experience within the Cybersecurity field
- Experience with security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)
- Programming skills are a plus (Python, Go, C++)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
