Our client is a growing start up in the data analytics industry looking for a strong HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, develop HR policy and programs, culture events and more for the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement HR programs for compensation planning, succession planning, and organizational design
- Manage all employee relations policies, and foster a strong culture with people strategy and design
- Onboarding and offboarding, managing employee life cycle
- Manage recruitment activities, scheduling, interviewing, consulting with interviewers, providing feedback
- Monitor and maintain talent management, compensation administration, compliance and promote company culture
- Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership in key decisions for the business
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- 6+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of US employment law
- Ability to foster strong relationships with senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
