Currently seeking a bold and provocative Head of Marketing professional who's unrelenting attention to detail and design aesthetic can improve not only the client experience, but also drives the company's very identity. The ideal Head of Marketing will thrive in a collaborative environment and be able to bring new design concepts to all parts of the business including product, client deliverables, marketing, internal culture, and recruiting.
Skills & Essential Functions:
- Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, programs, projects, promotions, and content that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline
- Create marketing content and assets individually and in collaboration with cross-functional team members, subject matter experts, and creative services
- Manage project timelines, milestones, commitments, deliverables, resources and reporting
- Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess impact of activities and monitor to make adjustments for improved ROI
- Create weekly report of key competitive activity
- Partner with Product Marketing/Product Management to support product launches
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years proven track record of developing, executing and measuring successful marketing integrated campaigns and projects for a high tech company
- Exceptional project management skills
- Cybsersecurity or IoT experience
- Experience in start-up company environment a plus
- BS in Marketing, Communications or similar
