An AI software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a First Person on the Ground for the Nordics and Benelux region. This pre-IPO company just raised 50 millions in its series B. This role will allow you to build the market in {the region} from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
- Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the international presales, marketing, sales team
- Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
- Recruiting new team members
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language
- Ability to work in autonomy, self-starter mentality
- Experience selling AI solutions to IT
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Experience building a market from scratch
- Travel availability
- Experience selling into Manufacturing and Automotive accounts
