I am currently looking for a ECommerce Support Consultant for a project within the cosmetics industry in France. My client is a globally renowned brand in the skin-care and cosmetics space and are currently in the process of rolling-out SFCC.
They are looking to add additional support to their team to cope with increase workflows and incidents.
- ECommerce System Experience (Salesforce CommerceCloud or other system
- any) L1 L2 Support methodology experience Jira/Atlassian experience for ticketing
- French and English speaking
- Start date: 6th April
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6months
