Information Security is more important now than ever before, and our client is looking for a Director of Information Security to join their organization as a true leader. What is the first order of business, you're wondering? Develop a top-notch Application Security Team!

This company has already captured the attention of top investors in the FinTech space, and continues to grow despite the high-speed curve balls of 2020. Turnover among employees at all levels is low for this mid-size organization, so when a Director-level position becomes available… it's not available for long.

The right candidate for this role has proven technical expertise in AppSec, InfoSec and general security policies, and will be a valued, long-term addition to the leadership team. Expert-level understanding of threat intelligence, security technology and security engineering is a must, along with a passion for mentorship and infectious enthusiasm for the work you do.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 7+ years of experience in hands-on, technical security engineering roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience, both managing and building a team
• Security certifications (CISSP, GSEC, etc.) highly desired
