A market-leading open-source company, in the Big Data area, is seeking a Cloud Partner Account Executive to join its EMEA team in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. They are launching their brand new Cloud offering just now, therefore they are looking for a very experienced Partner manager to build their Partner / Channel ecosystem across the EMEA region. They offer world-class database (Postgres) management software, an integrated portfolio of databases and tools, 24/7 support, and many more.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Generate and grow new ARR license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
- Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies
Skills and experience required:
- 10+ years of experience of delivering incremental revenue via the direct management of partners
- Fluency in English
- Excellent track-record
- Demonstrated lengthy tenure experience and solid results working strategically and evangelizing with large SI's, Technology Vendors and ISVs, and local resellers
- Experience in the Big Data & Analytics area
- Experience with Databases is a plus
