Job Description:
- This team is responsible for the Technical support of the Cisco Unified Communications Infrastructure to all the users in France.
- This position will be primarily focused on technical support of the collaboration infrastructure services and components. This role will include maintaining the current infrastructure, creating the Video meetings that the users send through (they do not have an automated system yet) , act as 2nd and 3rd line support to these users
- The ideal candidate will have hands on expectance with management and troubleshooting on the following technologies and hardware.
