A Pre IPO Big Data company, ranked as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant is seeking an Channel Sales Manager to join its German team.
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible of developing and growing the company's market share and increase its revenue through partners. You will be driving forward business opportunities with new and existing partners
Responsibilities:
- Identify and sell to new business through partners
- Develop a partner strategy through the region
- Build and grow a solid partner ecosyste
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Work in cohesion with the marketing, sales engineering and sales teams
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge and experience selling and driving business through partner networks
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel availability
- Experience selling into GSIs and ISVs
