An hyper-grow American company with an exciting supply chain software solution is seeking a Business Development Director based in London. This company is a Pre-IPO and experimented a grow of 1000% this last FYin the USA, now they are looking for the first person on the ground in the UK.
As a Business Development Director you will:
- Prospect to enterprise companies and understanding the company needs
- Build up the market from scratch: Engage the first bid activities, build up the channel landscape and act has a product evangelist
- Accurately forecasting sales and driving the business
- Be responsible of hiring the future sales team in EMEA
As an Business Development Director you should have:
- 5 + Years of direct enterprise software sales experience
- Fluent in English. Other European languages are a plus
- Knowledge of enterprise accounts (Supply Chain, public and private) in the UK region
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships
- Experience as a First Person on the Ground is a plus
