An exciting European IT Services provider is looking for sales reinforcement in their German team! They are growing in the Telco vertical and search for someone with industry expertise and passion for hunting.
As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Existing network in Telecommunications
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
