An exciting European IT Services provider is looking for sales reinforcement in their German team! They are growing in the Banking & Capital markets vertical and search for someone with industry expertise and passion for hunting.
As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Existing network in Baking & Capital Markets
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
