An exciting Nordic IT Services provider is looking to enhance their German sales team. They are growing organically and are looking for a rising star to grow into the business and help them develop their footprint in the Automotive sector.
As an Account Executive you will be in charge of new logo acquisition and continue building a trusted relationship with the client.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills And Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Existing network to manufacturing / automotive TOP 500 customer
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
