Director, Enterprise Systems
Glocomms is partnering with a reputable technology firm to find a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead and improve its internal software and digital tools. This role focuses on making sure the company's systems are efficient, secure, and support business growth. You'll work with teams across departments to choose, implement, and manage software that helps with design, construction, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and recommend technology solutions
- Improve systems and automate processes
- Manage software platforms like ERP, CRM, and HR systems
- Lead software upgrades and new system rollouts
- Work with software vendors to ensure good service
- Set up rules for secure and accurate data use
- Train staff on software tools and provide ongoing support
- Track software performance and report on results
- Make sure systems follow industry standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with design software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, BIM 360)
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications in relevant software are a plus
- Experience with GIS, VDC, or other design technologies is helpful
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
