They are searching for a Director of Product Development - Mobile to lead mobile product strategy and execution across multiple high-revenue brands. This role will drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless, user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership and deep mobile expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive mobile product strategy and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions
- Own high-impact initiatives from concept to launch
- Monitor KPIs and optimize based on performance data
- Foster innovation and mentor product development team
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product development or product management, focused on mobile
- Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products
- Experience in e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of user behavior and conversion
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Familiarity with native Android and iOS technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This role is hybrid (3 days) in Calabasas, CA.
